" Escargot...anyone? "

We call them "kuhol" here and usually cooked it with coconut cream mixed with spices or shrimp paste.

...How is it cook in your country? ^0^

  5. just saute it with a little butter and garlic and put some white wine - perfect!

    will try it with coconut milk too, thanks for the tip.

  6. In my old home country, France, we usually bake them with a garlic and herbs sauce. Cool photo!
