I'll be off on a trip with Pepperoni to visit the mystical architectures of Gaudi and wander the streets of Champs Elysees.
Yes, a trip to Europe sounds fun, but all the planning and Visa meet up
can be a bit overwhelming.

it doesn't look interesting during the day, but its colorful lights are certainly magical at night.

hohoho!

While christmas trees and holly seems to be everywhere, the other night while stuck on traffic on the way to get some gas for my car.
I saw this humongous "Globe" at sm-moa- mall of asia.
Blame it on bad photography, i just couldn't get a good shot of this because the lights keep blinking and flickering. ^0^
anyway, bottom line... it's a few days before christmas! weee!

You know Christmas is fast approaching when you see fancy lights, adorned trinkets and christmas songs playing on the mall and radio.





"Parol" are star shaped inspired lanterns displayed during the yuletide season.
It comes from the spanish word called farol. It is a very traditional and cultural
thing for the filipinos.
It symbolizes hope and light over darkness.
Analogy : Christmas tree= Parol

They are usually made of bamboo sticks and papers, then it can have a whole lot of variation.
Prices don't come cheap, they can differ from sizes, shapes and designs.

This isn't the best that i've seen yet but when you see incandescent lights, just flickeringly bright, don't you just feel the warmth of christmas inside your heart? ^-^
