Alas! on their 2nd day,
Off they went to see the famous Philippine Tarsier.
Its size is only 3-6 inches in height!
so Small that my four-eyed mom thought this was it! ^0^
they had to climb a few plight of stairs before reaching its hub.
which strictly restricts anyone from flashing their camera or
making loud noises.
here's a few info I found via WIkipedia .
enhanced photo-op for souvenir shots.
but obviously, the gal's angry bird shirt was disturbing. ^0^
and some cute memorabilia as well.

Tarsiers look like straight out of some scifi movie
ReplyDeleteThese are awesome Arabesque.
ReplyDeletearen't they nocturnal? i hope that they don't get too disturbed when tourists come to visit them during their sleep time.
ReplyDeleterob and mandy: haha! they do! ^0^
ReplyDeletepc: they are actually, but how can tourists see them during night time?
you can't touch them, bec, they get stressed when you do. ^-^
I can see why the 'no flash' Arabesque, with those huge eyes it would blind this little creature. Had to laugh at your 'mum' comment!!
ReplyDeleteYou are so lucky to have seen some!! I'm definitely envious :)
ReplyDeleteHello Arabesque,
ReplyDeleteLong time no see. Love the photos and such cute little fellows.
