Whether shadowed by clouds or gets distinctively bright.

  2. Wow! Those are beautiful. I really like the orange one and the one that makes the moon look so big.

  5. Lovely shots! I love all of your photos. In Japan, there are many beautiful stories or legends about the moon. When I see the moon, I get to be romantic so much. The most beautiful moon is the harvest moon in autumn. How about in your country? Thanks so much, I enjoyed many phases of the moon in romantic mood, forgetting the heat of summer for a while. Arabesque, have a pleasant day!

  7. I have a moon picture this week as well, but nothing as gorgeous as your shots. I would love a better camera, but my little point and shoot is so easy to carry around. - Margy

  8. One of my greatest dream is to capture the moon and witness an eclipse. I was awake when the recent one happened, but only realized that it was an eclipse when we got home from our night time drive and didn't have the camera with me.

  11. Fantastic moon shots! I thought to give a try when we recently had an eclipse, but it was a very cloudy night! :-(

  12. Nice shots of the moon! The first full moon is beautiful but too gorgeous. In Japan, "oboro-duki", a full moon not too bright but thinly veiled by the clouds, is favored. Personally I like it when a crescent moon is hanging in the low sky. Happy days ahead.
