This is my share for this month's Theme day: "Waiting"
At some point in our lives, we have been waiting for the right moment, the perfect day,our troubles to go away or maybe just waiting for a time to relax and unwind.
I took this foto before thinking what's on this guy's mind?
he seemed lost amidst all the hordes of people behind him...
Is he waiting for someone, reminiscing the past, enjoying the scenery or just simply lost in his thoughts. ^0^

That's a great shot.

I thought at first that he was WAITING for a fish to bite but then I realized he doesn't have a fishing pole with him!
ReplyDeleteWhatever he's thinking of, he sure chose a nice spot to do it! :)
ReplyDeleteAll of those possibilities make this an excellent choice for the Theme Day post. It certainly is a nicely composed photograph with the man stage front.
ReplyDeleteCould be all of the above! Great place to wait :)
ReplyDeleteLove the shot. Yes I too thought he was fishing until I saw it properly. Love the composition and your thoughts on Waiting. Lovely choice for today.
ReplyDeleteA fine example of waiting and daydreaming while doing so.
ReplyDeletethis is an excellent post card image for the theme day of waiting. very well done and it makes one stop and take it all in.
ReplyDeleteExcellent illustration for "waiting".
ReplyDeleteHis slumped posture does not speak of energy or activity!
Excellent illustration for this theme day!
ReplyDeleteMakes me think of the old song "Sitting on the Dock of the Bay" by Otis Redding.
ReplyDeleteNice capture, good one for the theme of "waiting".

I'd say he's politely waiting for the photographer to get the composition right and click away! :)
ReplyDeleteWell done.
Excellent theme day photo. The boat on the horizon adds a nice touch.
ReplyDeleteI too thought he was waiting for the fish to bite, but there's no rod. Perhaps he is waiting and just contemplating the beauty before him? The boat adds interest too.
