This edifice was seen inside Kagawaran ng Kalusugan or Department of Health.
Is this still in use?... I'm not sure,
it seems abandoned and partially hidden. 
the exterior looks like it's falling apart, the over vandalized graffiti and
a post without a lamp.
I guess I don't have to spell out the whole thing, you get what it means...^0^
Does that say "cremation"? It looks a bit sad outside and the trees seem to be taking over the place!
