I was aiming a shot of the Sta. Cruz bridge, which looks quite pretty during the day, as it was a drive by shot, the panning went well but turns its focus to this residential building.
you can almost see the side mirror and the lamppost on the right. 
Both the colour and the blur make this an attractive shot.
