This is Regina Building - one of the few historical structures left around Escolta.
It's Neo-classical inspired and was built around 1934.
Escolta - is a street that was once called as "Queen of the Streets".During the Spanish Occupation,
It used to have a reputation for having the best trade districts around Manila. Sadly, there were no plans of restoration or re-building this street so we can appreciate more of its history.

excuse: for the blurry picture... my camera really doesn't work well in low light.i'll re-post a better view of this next time. ^-^
