around baywalk (the locals here would say), if the weather is temperamentally bad, like what you see in this photo...you can hear the swishing sound of the winds and the waves splashing along the pavement...but don't mind this guy rolling his mini-food cart, life goes on and he's not affected by it...

Even on the baywalk, I wouldn't want to be walking there during a storm! Did you hear about those two silly lovers on the rocks??

There is such a contrast between the palm-trees swept (?) by the wind and the man who seems to remain very calm :-)

ReplyDeleteThey decided to go down to the rocks just below the wall — I guess they thought it would be more romantic to kiss there or something — and a big wave engulfed them. Someone found their bodies floating in the bay. Happened either early this week or late last week. Stupid :(
