On my way home, i saw this old dilapidated house... i think this was built around the 60's, unless it's restored as a musuem, usually houses like these are being demolished thus,rebuilding a new structure again.
Why can't it be restored as a private residence? Is it because of the restoration price?
it's a private residence but to have it renovated can be pricey, usually the owner just re-sell the place or have it rented...
If you look at the details of some of these houses, they can be really fabulous, especially those from the 40s. Ah well…
