" Raising its arms "

On my way home around 6-ish, a gloomy sky looms over Manila.

That monument is one of the statue of our hero named Gat Andres Bonifacio.

    Very cool shot, Arabesque! I like how blurry it seems and the dark blues and pinks in the photo. It almost looks like the statue is moving! :D
